Glade Girls 15-18 200m Medley Relay Team - RSTA record breakers at the 2023 All Stars meet
The annual RSTA All Star meet was held on Saturday, July 29, at Lake Newport Pool. To conclude our Summer Swim season, top swimmers in each event across all teams are selected to compete for the top times. Swimmers are permitted to participate in up to two individual events and up to two relays. At the end of the meet this year, our coaches put on an exhibition swim – competing for bragging rights among our eight teams.
It was hot! It was wet! The cheering was intense! And by the end, one new league record and six new team records were set:

The conclusion of the 2023 All Star Meet brings to close the 50th season of RSTA Summer Swim. We are forever thankful to our swimmers, coaches, families, and volunteers for this year and all the previous years of swimming, friendship, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun. Thanks to everyone for continuing to build upon our wonderful foundation and carrying the RSTA community into the future.
