On Monday, October 20, 2025 at 7pm, the Reston Swim Team Association (RSTA) will hold a General Members meeting open to all members of RSTA in Room 124 at the Reston Association offices on Sunrise Valley Drive. At this time, we will also elect the 2025-2026 RSTA Board of Directors. The all-volunteer RSTA Board consists of three Directors from each team, plus up to eight At-large Directors who rotate on a continuing basis and steer our organization to manage Summer and Winter Swim programs that enrich and engage our children....

RSTA closed out the 2025 Summer Swim season with the All Stars meet at Lake Newport Pool on Saturday, July 26th. Teams and families supported and cheered all morning long, on a beautiful summer day. Swimmers acknowledged the support, bringing their A-game and posting lots of personal bests, with some real nail-biting finishes. The penultimate dual meet of the summer found us all still amped-up after the excitement of the postponed IM meet, which took place just 2 days before. Note that the Lake Newport pool had to close before all the IM heats were concluded, so a few of the 13-14 Girls will be racing through all the strokes to kick-off the dual meets this Saturday as a special add-on event. It was another steamy morning at the pool as teams competed in our fourth dual meets of the season on Saturday, June 28th. While the rosters may have been a bit light due to the upcoming holiday, the action in the pools was still hot, with a team record improved again at North Hills and a one point differential in the meet between Autumnwood and Lake Anne. Bleary-eyed RSTA swimmers and their families descended on RA pools early Saturday, June 7, to kick-off the 2025 Summer Swim season.
