2025 Meet 5 Results (July 12)
The penultimate dual meet of the summer found us all still amped-up after the excitement of the postponed IM meet, which took place just 2 days before.
Note that the Lake Newport pool had to close before all the IM heats were concluded, so a few of the 13-14 Girls will be racing through all the strokes to kick-off the dual meets this Saturday as a special add-on event. (It will not impact meet scores.) Once their times are in, we will be able to officially close the books on this year’s IM meet. Congratulations to all the swimmers who participated, and many thanks to all the parents and volunteers who sweated through the evening to support them!
Now, back to our 5th dual meets of the season…
The competition in the pool and across the league is stiff this year, as evidenced by the fact that no team remains with a perfect record. Autumnwood and North Hills went toe-to-toe, and the aftermath is a tie at the top of the leaderboard. Here are the results for week six of competition:

And, not to sound like a ‘broken record,’ but Amanda Wagner of North Hills did it AGAIN! Oh yes she did! For the fourth meet in a row, the Girls 15-18 50M Breaststroke record for North Hills has been topped with another 0.19 seconds shaved-off. She is fire!

Our final dual meets of the season take place on Saturday, July 19th. The following week we close out the season with the All Stars meet, where the top swimmers are invited to compete and record their best times. If your swimmer would like to participate, should they qualify, please declare them ASAP by logging into the RSTA website and find the All Stars event under Team Events.
