2026 Summer Swim Coaching Applications Due March 6th
The Reston Swim Team Association Board is busy planning for our 2026 Summer Swim season, and we are now accepting applications for our coaching staff. For those interested in coaching and developing swimmers this summer, apply online through March 6th. All positions are needed. Check out our Coaching page for detailed information on all of the various positions and their required qualifications. For those new to coaching, our entry-level Coach-in-Training role is open for teens who will be age 15 by May 15, 2026.
Information of note for our application process:
- Application deadline is March 6
- New applicants only: Letter of Recommendation should be sent to [email protected] by March 6th as well
- Applications must be completed by the applicant themselves and the only contact information provided should be their personal details
- Certifications and licenses (where required) must be current as of May 18, 2026 and valid through July 31, 2026
- The Personnel Committee will decision all applications by March 20, with letters of acceptance going out March 23
